30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MaxClaphamm puzzle. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that puzzles that have been opened or partially assembled cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your puzzle arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your puzzle for a different design, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get your new puzzle as quickly as possible.
